This is an authentic Oceanic Airlines Flight 815 airplane fragment found at the LOST Season 1 filming site at Mokule'ia Beach, North Shore Oahu, Hawaii. The piece was collected after filming was completed and the LOST crew had removed the wreckage from the scene and left the area completely. This fragment 09 is made up of aluminum and some type of aircraft composite material screwed together with some washers and rubber insulators, looks like a structural joint of some kind. It measures 7 x 4 inches and weights 4,07 oz.
